| In view of existing prominent problem of uneven burden structure,poor permeability,higher power consumption and lower capacity of ferrosilicon electric furnace in Ningxia Autonomous Region,high molecular compound is used as binder,briquetting raw materials of ferrosilicon furnace to produce new carbon-bearing briquette.It shows that this technology has the advantages of simple process, higher strength,better thermal stability and higher resistivity,which is advantageous to deep insertion of electrode,improvement of permeability in burden layer and stabilization of producing process during the smelting,then comprehensive effects of electricity saving and output increase can be obtained. |
