| Both harmfullness and treatment principles of solid waste are described in this paper.For the state strategy of sustainable development,comprehensive utilization and treatment of solid waste,the author proposes to establish the National Center of Treatment of Solid Waste for the purpose of promoting technical progress in this area. |
