| The Cu/Ni separation of Ni bearing copper concentrate is a key technology in smelting process,especially how to separate Ni from Cu effectively and economically for a kind of high Ni copper concentrate is an urgent problem to be solved in current Cu/Ni smelting industry.In this paper,the selective smelting reduction is used to separate Ni from Cu based on oxidation reduction thermodynamics of Cu,Ni sulphide and oxide.The new smelting technology on high Ni copper concentrate from flotation and leached high Ni copper residue is studied.At last,the jetting smelting concept is put forward.The oxidation reduction of the material is done in space and selective reduction is done in molten pool by using jet technology.The copper metal smelted reaches standard blister copper. |
