Abstract:
      By means of the mechanophysical solid effects,the nanopowders BaCO 3 and TiO 2 have been prepared.Tetrogonal phase BaTiO 3 is obtained by powder metallurgy method.TEM analysis shows that the nanometer grade powder can be achieved.Using the BaTiO 3 nanopowders,sintered with certain proportion of CuO,the capacitive-type sensitive element can be prepared.As the element has greater specific surface area,the sensitivity can be increased considerably.This create favorable conditions for producing a series of capacitive type sensors.The equipment of the present process is characterized by simple,convenient and low capital cost,hence it is suitable for industrial production.
