| Abstract: |
| The density adjusting is one of the major step in the production of small diameter emulsion explosive,and its essence is the mixing of several materials with great disparity of viscosity and volume ratio But it is the extreme case of liquid-solid mixture that spreading the tiny solids into emulsion explosive matrix with the characteristic of viscosity-elastic and yielding false plastic,which cause a lot of difficulties to the density adjusting of small diameter explosive,and is difficult to realize in common facilities In this paper,on the basis of analysis of the mixing process,a new type discontinuous mixer is presented for solving the problem of equal mixing between matrix and tiny solid particles |
