| From the comparison of three kinds of technologies of electric brush plating,electric welding(build up welding)and thermal spraying(welding),the electric brush plating method was selected as the technology to repair the main shaft that was used in flotationm achine The feasibility of using the technology for repairing the main shaft was discussed in detail,and practical technological scheme and procedure were worked out The shaft was repaired success fully,which achieved good effects of well meeting the technical specifications and lowering process costs |
