| This paper reviews the processing methods of overlapping peaks in energy dispersive X ray spectra,including overlap coefficient method and deconvolution method It explains the conception of overlapping peak,the methods of calculation and measurement of overlap coefficient, and the methods of calculation of X ray intensity The principles of these methods are introduced and some practical examples are shown in this paper |
