| Currently,the study that using Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi to improve the contrary-resistance of plants and to expedites the process of process of fertilizing in infertile soils is one of the new topics in the field of modern microorganism technology abroad.The paper first summaries the practice of phosphate mine and coal mine in USA,then emphatically introducing indoor methods and results of selecting adaptive and advantageous VA Mycorrhizal Fungi for acid soil,finally evaluating five advantageous species of two adaptable VA Mycorrhizal Fungi that have strong infection and fertility.The paper provides technical basis of utilizing VA Mycorrhizal Fungi in mine land reclamation in southern China. |
