| Abstract: |
| By studying the effect of temperature on manganese reduction reaction inpolymetallic nodules, the paper investigated the kinetics of the cuprous ion catalytic reduction-ammoniacal leaching. It indicates that the more manganese in nodules is reduced,the higher extraction of Ni, Co, Cu is obtained. The tests show that manganese reductionreaction can be described with non-reactive shrinking core model. The reaction iscontrolled by surface chemical reaction. |
