| Abstract: |
| Under economic development in high speed, the population in cities increase rapidly. The daily city rubbish is increased and complicated gradually. Serious influence of city rubbish occurs on city development, living environment and human health.Now, it is valuable to study how to reasonably utilize and effectively treat the city rubbish. The government sectors should take relative measures to promote the rubbish treatment as an active social action and better operation of environment sanitation industryitself under the condition of market economy. |
