| Development and management of human resource has become an important task of scientific and technological development in China as well as the first work in establishing modern enterprise system for the research institutes which have been converted into large State-level scientific and technological companies. The work is targeted to improve intelligence, to stimulate vigour and to enhance scientific and technological development so as to prompt the development of these enterprises . This essay is engaged in framing the guidelines for the development and management of human resource of the large State-level scientific and technological companies. Meanwhile, the concrete content and practice in performance of the work are fully discussed. |
