| Abstract: |
| The technique of hydraulic transmission and control is widely used for underground mining equipment to achieve their functions. However, the key to remote controlled operation of underground mining equipment is how to convert multichannel electric signals into multi circuit hydraulic power. The 6 sections electro hydraulic proportional valve of Model 6DBF 10 is a new valve designed just to solve the key problem. The valve can not only convert multichannel electronic signals into multi circuit hydraulic power proportionally, but also has the advantages of small size, light weight, good output linearity, high repetition accuracy, quick response. The construction design, working principle, calculation, testing, manufacture and application of this valve are discussed in this paper. |
