| Abstract: |
| In the production of emulsion explosives, the emulsion matrix is transported with single spiral pumps so as to give the technological flow and surmount transporting resistance. Over the years, a few explosions near to the pumps have taken place because of unidentified causes. In this paper, pumping of emulsion explosive matrix and safety are stated. It is thought to be principal reason for these explosion accidents that the inhaling empty of the pump or broken flow in the transpoting process may cause thermal decomposition of the matrix. |
