| Abstract: |
| BW-95 intelligent reagent feeder consists of four patented plunger type pumps and a control box taken a MCS-8031 single chip microcomputer as its centre. It is able to measure and control motor speed, disply time, intantaneous and cumulative reagent flow and print them. A operator can set reagent flow by keyboard and run it by loop control according to the analog signals of various metal grades or reagent concentrations and process model. It is accurate in both calculation and control. |
