| Abstract: |
| In this paper, the methods of improving iron recovery and the factors of influencing iron recovery are discussed on the basis of identifing the occurence form of iron and its process minerology, and combining production practice. The test results show that satisfied performance of iron concentrate (grade: 66.02%; recovery: 90.94%) can be obtained by combining low intensity magnetic separation with gravity concentration (spiral chute). Compared with low intensity intermediate intensity magnetic separation, iron recovery can be increased by 2.43% by using low intensity magnetic separation and gravity concentration. |
