| Abstract: |
| It is demonstrated that there is no direct spectral overlap interference to the elements under determination by W matrix at specified wavelengths, but some bigger up shift of background occurs in the test. The reliability of analytical results is increased by using two wavelengths for determination of the same element. The method is established for analyzing three rare earth elements such as La, Ce, Y in rare earth tungsten electrode by optimizing test. Real samples are analyzed by the method, and the recovery in standard addition is from 97.5% to 105.8%. |
