| Project manager system has come into effect in Chinese enterprises and becomes an effective way of managing various projects. The functions, responsibilities and qualifications of project managers are discussed in this paper. The working scopes and characteristics of project managers are also stated with such areas as international trade and engineering construction business being examples. |
