| This paper introduces the regeneration of ARL3520 sequential scan spectrometer A new general microcomputer is used to replace the old auto controlled system in the spectrometer Therefore, the real time sequential scan is directly controlled by the microcomputer with an I/O card The photoelectric measuring circuit is redesigned The ICP analytical software is redeveloped in visual programming language The revamped instrument has got previous technical standard and better analytical ability all in all, and been successfully used for scientific research and production |
