| Abstract: |
| In this paper, the technical innovation and its problems in China are discussed in three aspects including the concept of technical innovation, its realization and motivation, and the thought on technical innovation in China. The emphasis is put on the economic conception of technical innovation and the basic characteristics of creation and benefit making. The realization of technical innovation is a dynamic procedure in which a series of activities happen and are fed back continuously or crossly. The motivation of technical innovation is a multi dimension integration effect, in which market pulling is the main factor. The achievements, especially the problems and causes, of technical innovation in China are analyzed. |
