| This paper describes the major technical improvement to the flash smelting system in Jinlong Copper Smeltery It includes the improvements of process equipment,machinery equipment,electric instrument and automatic control equipment Through the improvements in equipment for flash smelting,remarkable effects have been achieved The flash furnace availability,the matte grade and the production of blister copper,anode copper and cathode copper are increasing year after year while dust ratio,solid matte ratio,heavy oil,coal and unit consumption of power and total consumption of energy for copper cathode are lowering year by year |
