| In chlor alkali industry,main research work on the cathode materials used in membrane cells is to select suitable cathode base materials(such as steel cathode or nickel cathode)and to pretreat the cathode base in order to get an activity(which is called active cathode in this paper). In this paper,the definition,variety,preparation and industrial application of the active cathode are introduced in detail,and the selection principle,chemical components and preparating method of several kinds of active cathode and coating are systematically discussed based on a large amount of literature materials |
