Abstract:
      Because the Cu S ore from a mine is complicated in its kind and large in the change of its properties, a single reagent system in concentrator is hard to adapt to variation of ore properties. For this reason, the consumption of mineral processing reagent is higher and the metallurgical performances of the ore are difficult to be improved. Based on investigating existing operation process and reagent system, a new kind of reagent taken a new flotation synergist TF 3 as the key reagent has been developed. The experimental results have shown that new flotation synergist TF 3 can promote the flotation of copper and sulphur minerals, reduce the mineral processing cost and raise remarkably the metallurgical performances of copper and sulphur minerals. According to rough estimation, economic profit of more than 3.87 million RMB can be yearly obtained when the new kind of composite collector is used for flotation of the ore.
