| At Waitoushan Iron Mine under Benxi Iron and Steel Corp ,the mining activity goes deeper The underground water flow is sharply increased The water resistant explosives are increasingly needed Considering such situation,according to a technological transfer contract signed between the Mine and Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy(BGRIMM),an emulsion explosive plant with a production capacity of 10*!000 t/a and series products was built up with BGRIMM technology In this paper,the prescription and preparation of emulsion explosive,process flowsheet and auto control were introduced In addition,the properties and production line of the emulsion explosive were presented |
