| Using the image processing technology,the floatation froth images collected by the camera and the video grabber were analyzed and the physical parameters of froth,such as color,bubble number and size,froth stability and speed,were calculated Based on the assessment of these data,floatation production was evaluated and the mineral contents of concentrate in floatation froth layer were forecasted by use of an established mathematical model This technology has been applied in concentrator,Jinchuan Nonferrous Metals Co and Better results have been achieved |
