| Abstract: |
| Nickel sulfate is a nickel product with the largest production but cathode nickel in Jinchuan Nonferrous Complex However,this product from original process is not suitable to the market due to more impurities,poor color and luster Therefore,the original system for production of nickel sulfate was transformed In the transformed system,the oxidation precipitation was used for removal of ferrous ion,sodium fluoride for calcium and magnesium ions and D2EHPA(P204)for extraction of metals After original process is improved,the quality of crystallized nickel sulfate product is obviously high At present,the ratio of high class product is up to 100%,the recovery of copper has been increased from 88 53% to 92 69% and nickel 92 3% to 95 7% The production scale is three times that of the original process Besides,working conditions have been improved,production cost has been decreased and remarkable economical benefit gained |
