| Abstract: |
| The high-pure nanometer-sized zinc oxide was prepared by taking sodium carbonate and zinc chlorate as raw materials and using a precipitation-thermal decomposition method. The influence of thermal decomposition conditions on the morphology of the zinc oxide powder product was systematically investigated by means of TG-DTA, XRD and TEM. The studying results indicate that the dependence of thermal decomposition reaction in the second step is very obvious, particularly the dependence of thermal decomposition temperature. The well-crystallized and-dispersed, narrow-sized, nanometer-sized zinc oxide with a mean size of about 10nm can be obtained by using this method. |
