| Abstract: |
| Nanometer sized needle like and spherical shaped zinc oxide was prepared by using single step hydrolysis method directly,zinc chloride and sodium hydroxide as raw materials.Different prepared conditions,and microstructure and morphology of nanometer sized zinc oxide were investigated by means of XRD and TEM.The results of this study indicated that higher pure,evenly graded, well crystallized and finely dispersed nanometer sized zinc oxide with different micrograph was available by controlling reaction conditions. Compared with precipitation thermal decomposition method, this method has advantages of simple processing, less energy consumption and lower cost. Compared with hydrothermal method, it is easy to be put into industrial scale production. |
