| Abstract: |
| Accoding to the technological requirements of the coking plant,detection and control devices for some technical parameters(coke furnace?fan?crude benzene?thiamin)were rebuilt by using MACS system of Hollysys.The whole control system is made up of four controlling stations and four operation stations used to complete collection, transform, control operation and control output of the signals from four technical processes.The data bus and operation stations have been used in communication and a total distributed control system come true.In the light of actual features of inter disturbed objects,a type of fuzzy PID controller is proposed to realize appropriate control of the coke furnace.When the deviation is smaller,PID controll is used,and when the deviation is bigger,the MACS system is used.The application of the proposed control system in production of the coking plant show that system is stable and reliable in running, ensuring the normal production of the coking plant, improving the product quality and lightening the environmental pollution. After one year production,the system is stable and reliable in running,so as to ensure the normal production of coking, improving the product quality and reducing the environment control. |
