Abstract:
In order to reduce boulders, toe rocks and unstable slopes for surface mining in complex geological and topographical conditions, the study on the mechanism of rock blasting, the selection of blasting scheme and the optimization of drilling-and-blasting parameters are carried out. For the surface blasting in complex topography involving the loop hills, inclines, depressions and karst caverns, special trials are conducted on charging structure and millisecond delay blasting parameters. The test results show that the constrained effects in bench blasting have been overcome, thus reducing boulders and toe rocks and improving blasting effect.
