| Abstract: |
| The photocatalysis degradation using nanocrystalline titania as a catalyst is specially suitable for treatment of the aromatic compound which is difficult to be degraded by biological method or general chemical methods,the organic substances and heavy metals in waste water,the air pollutants and urban refuse.In this paper,the mechanism of the photocatalysis degradation using nanocrystalline titania as a catalyst,its photocatalytical activity and application in environmental protection field are overviewed,the advantages and shortages of this degradation as well as the focus of application study are discussed.At the same time,its applicable prospect is forecasted. |
