| Abstract: |
| The staggered floor dwellings are getting more popular along with stronger sense of people in living quality.However,there are no appropriate standards for structure design of staggered floor section.The horizontal cracks have come into being in the staggered floor section of completed dwellings.This indicates that there are still some shortages in designing the staggered floor dwellings.This paper,based on the case of some projects,summarizes the advantages in application of such brick-concrete staggered floor dwellings and the problems existed in structure design.Furthermore,some measures taken in structure design are proposed,such as possibly building the closed ring beam and using the structural pillars preventing the wall from cracking.The completed staggered floor dwelling mentioned in this paper has been stable in its structure.Better results have been obtained. |
