| Abstract: |
| The main problems existed in the crushing process of Jinkouling Copper Mine,such as improper flowsheet and uneven equipment loads,are studied in detail.Four improvement proposals and the viewpoint presented by author are discussed.The existed spring cone crusher(PYD2100 type)is replaced with single-cylinder short-head crusher(PYY1650/100 type)with vibration screen sizes of 22 and 16mm respectively.Two screens are used for treatment of copper ore while one screen for converter residue,ensuring grain size of different products from two kinds of ore.After improving,productivity will be increased by 28% and the benefit of 600000 Yuan obtained yearly. |
