| Abstract: |
| The wavelet analysis and discrete wavelet transformation are introduced briefly.By use of the Matlab program, Vbanalysis for processing and analysis of vibration signal, designed by the author,the vibration signals from every measuring point on eccentric shaft of jaw crusher are decomposed into the signal of X direction and the signal of Y direction.Then,the vibrations of the eccentric shaft and the whole crusher are analyzed by wavelet transformation and Multi-resolution analysis.Finally,the author points out that the analysis of crusher vibration is of great importance to the diagnosis of crusher faults and the real-time surveillance and control of the crusher. |
