| Abstract: |
| Nanometric Ag powder has high surface activity, catalysis property and wide usage, so it is important to study its preparation method. Nanometric Ag powder was prepared with industrial AgNO_3 and new reducer AX2 under the existence of surface protecting reagent AJO-02. The effects of the concentrations of AgNO_3 and AX2 and the dosage of AJO-02 on the size of silver nanoparticles were studied.Moreover,the silver nanoparticles were examined and characterized with TEM and XRD.The results showed that well-crystallized nanometric Ag powder with even size could be prepared by controlling the reaction conditions.This method was easy to operate and needed simple equipment.Furthermore,it had high output and was fit for industrial production. |
