| Abstract: |
| ZPJ-1 hydraulic assembling machine is applicable for assembling of oil-extracted tools.It has a stand assembling mode and convenient alignment.The torque sensor is used for real-time monitoring of torque,ensuring assembling quality and the hydraulic drive is used to get simple and easy operation and to save energy.In this paper,the working principle and structural features of the machine as well as the design and manufacture of main components are introduced.The application of the machine will produce good economical and social benefits. |
