| Abstract: |
| Accurate control of rotary kiln's temperature is a key technique for ensuring the quality of molybdenum concentrate calcine.In order to solve such problems as over span adjustment of rotary kiln's temperature and prolonged adjustment time,a temperature control system for rotary kiln based on Expert-Fuzzy PID Self-adaptation is put forward.In this paper,the design principle,control method and composition of this system are expounded.A fair follow-up capacity and control accuracy have been achieved with this system,thus increasing the percentage of qualified molybdenum concentrate calcine by 5.5% and obtaining a good economical benefit. |
