| Abstract: |
| Gingerols have high application value and development potential in food and medicine industries.In this paper,the composition,extraction,analysis and pharmaceutical function of gingerols are reviewed and the problems in gingerols research are discussed.Seeing that the ginger has a variety of pharmaceutical function,it is very important to solve the problems of the separation and analysis of gingerols by state-of-art techniques. |
