| With the conversion of research institutes into science & technology enterprises,science & technology enterprises have grown into modern enterprises which assume sole responsibility for their own profits and losses,steer over their own development and constrain themselves within legal scope.The reality of system conversion has already produced urgent needs for research,design and stipulation of financial affairs strategies for science & technology enterprises.Faced with complicated and changeable enterprise environment,this essay,starting from the perspective of financial strategies and relying on the analysis of the basic financial characteristics and financial environments of science & technology enterprises,has put forward the basic ways of thought and countermeasures specially for science & technology enterprises. |
