| Abstract: |
| In order to meet the needs of prolonging the blast furnace life,a cooling steel stave with higher performance was developed.A test for studying the thermal state of the stave was described in this paper.The testing results show that the cooling capability of the steel stave is larger than that of the cast iron stave obviously.It can endure a heat flux of 150kW/m~2.The cooling steel stave has a good commercial prospect because it has advantages of larger cooling capacity,thinner body and lower production cost,etc. |
