| Abstract: |
| In this paper,starting with the dissolution equilibrium of ZnO(s) and Zn(OH) 2(s) in aqueous solution,the synthesis conditions of nano-ZnO formed directly in aqueous solution are theoretically discussed The results of theoretical analysis are in accord with that of tests The research indicates that the nano-ZnO can be synthesized by one step in the alkali aqueous solution as long as a certain conditions are met The pH of the aqueous solution must be controlled to over 9 when nano-ZnO is synthesized by one-step method directly The temperature has a significant influence on the nano-ZnO synthesis reaction process by one-step Supersaturation of the solution can has an effect on the one-step synthesis process The formation and growth of ZnO crystalline will be accelerated when supersaturated ZnO in reaction system is increased |
