| Abstract: |
| This paper introduces the technology of preparing white carbon black using deoiled residue of oil shale. Impurities such as Fe, TiO 2 can be effectively removed from the waste residue, adopting such purification operations as calcination, acid leaching and chloridizing roasting. The content of SiO 2 in the final product is 91.53% , while the Fe and TiO 2 contents of the final product are reduced to 0.04% and 1.51% respectively. The whiteness degree of the product may be up to 83.5. The comprehensive utilization of the waste material has been achieved, and the economic, environmental and social benefits are good. |
