Abstract:
      Service life of aluminum electrolytic cell affects directly the economic benefit of aluminum smelting enterprise. Through observing and analyzing the aluminum leakage and excavating condition of an electrolytic cell during baking and in the light of its lining structure and cathode current distribution status during baking, the reason for aluminum leakage through crosswise crackles between cathode block groups during baking is elaborated and the respective measures to solve the earlier breakage of electrolytic cell are put forward.
