| Abstract: |
| The principle of an eddy current displacement sensor, which is used for measurement of leakage in air preheater, was studied on the basis of electromagnetic field theory. Using differential compensation with double coils and the bridge circuit for signal measurement, the eddy current displacement sensor was designed. The principle and signal flow of this sensor was analyzed in detail, and the operational principle of its measuring circuit was discussed. The waveforms on specific locations in the circuit were given. Experimental results show that this method can effectively deal with the problems of diversified drift and disturbance, and has such characters as large linear scale and high resolution |
