| Abstract: |
| Since the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was introduced in the early 1980s,the users,manufacturers and number of ICP-MS spectrometers have rapidly increased and its application range has continually expanded. In this paper, recent advance in application of ICP-MS is reviewed, including the preparation and introduction of samples, separation, the isotope dilution in calibration techniques and the application of ICP-MS in determination of isotope ratios. |
