Abstract:
      Based on fractal geometry theory and rock microscope damage mechanism,blasting simulation is performed by changing blasting parameters such as uncoupling coefficient,powder factor and stemming length.As a result,control and prediction of coal fragmentation are achieved by optimizing blasting parameters above mentioned.According to the conditions of three coalfaces in Chensilou Coal Mine,Yongcheng Mining and Electricity Group,the millisecond delay blasting technology is used in site.The optimized blasting parameters suitable to the conditions of soft coal mass,side fall of coalface and broken roof are determined and the safety measures for the millisecond delay blasting in coalface are presented.The lump coal ratio has been raised from 6% to 10% and the production is increased by 18.8% under the conditions of safety and high production.
