Abstract:
      A mathematical model of heavy oil flux about reverberator melting process in copper refining was established based on principle of energy balance.The value of heavy oil flux about reverberator melting process in copper refining was calculated by using the model based on different ratio of oxygen enrichment or different warm-up temperature.The calculating results show that reducing trend of heavy oil flux is more obvious when combustion-supporting air is warmed up.After the method is accepted and put into practice,its saving energy is remarkable.
