| Study on New Energy-Conservation and Consumption-Reduction Technology for Flotation of Tin-Polymetallic Ores is a National Scientific and Technological Key Task of Dachang Mine Bureau during Ninth Five-Year Plan of China.This task is mainly for technological transform of principal flowsheet for Cehe concentrator based on rich ores from the orebody No 91.Because new technology and equipment are used to improve the weak production links and optimize mineral processing flowsheet, production capacity has been greatly raised, leading to less consumptions of energy and materials and low cost.The throughout of crude ore has been increased from 0.52Mt in 1996 to 1.6Mt in 2001.The mineral processing cost has been relevantly decreased from 126.79 Yuan/t to 69 Yuan/t,with remarkable economical benefit. |
