Abstract:
The progress of purifying technology for phosphoric acid is briefly introduced. Extraction capacities of n-Butanol, iso-Butyl alcohol, iso-Amyl alcohol, Cyclohexanol, TBP, SSF and SF2 are examined. On the basis of above-mentioned research work,it is confirmed that SSF is a mixture extractant with highly integrated capability. Under the condition of adopting a flowsheet using five-stage crossflow extraction, one-stage washing and three-stage re-extraction, the crude phosphoric acid made from seafloor phosphorite is purified by SSF extractant, with an extraction ratio of 80.3%, a washing loss of 10.5%, a re-extraction ratio of 99% and a yield ratio of 71.2%.
