Abstract:
      The surface-protecting agent plays a very important role in the preparation of silver nanometric powder with solution methods.With the existence of surface-protecting agent AJO-02,a silver nanometric powder was prepared with solution chemical reduction method.Effect of surface-protecting agent dosage on mean particle size of silver nanometric powder was studied.The results show that the optimal dosage of surface-protecting agent is 6% and the silver powder prepared under this dosage has mean particle size of 15nm and a good dispersity. Operation mechanism between surface-protecting agent and silver nanoparticle was investigated through some experiments on rinsing silver nanometric powders with four kinds of rinsing agents. The results indicate that both weak physical adsorption and strong chemical adsorption exists between surface-protecting agent molecules and silver nanoparticles.
