| Abstract: |
| Based on technological process for compounding a fracturing fluid,the composition and working principle of the equipment for preparation of sodium carbonate and bicarbonate fracturing fluid are introduced.The design of accurate feeder,fluidic device and powder-fluid mixing unit is expatiated.Using the equipment for preparation of sodium carbonate and bicarbonate fracturing fluid,the viscosity of resulting fracturing fluid is up to 90% of the viscosity of the fracturing fluid prepared in laboratory.The proportion of sodium carbonate to bicarbonate in the fracturing fluid is accurate.The prepared fracturing fluid is even and stable. |
